I’ve received no confirmation emails since placing my order?
Sometimes these emails can fall into the spam or junk folder. Please check there and if possible mark them as ‘not spam’. If you can’t find them please contact us and we will be able to confirm your order.
What are your shipping & return policies?
How do I shop?
You can start your shopping journey by clicking “SHOP” in the menu above and then clicking a brand category from the menu on the right. If you know the product you’re looking for you can type it into the search box in the right of the page.
To purchase a product simply click “Add to Basket”. To view the cart and to complete the purchase click the “View Basket” button on the right of the page.
You can now see your basket. Once happy click “Proceed to Checkout” and create a new account or login with your old one. You can then pay via debit and credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Bitcoin (click here to read more about Bitcoin).
Do you accept orders over the phone?
For security reasons we do not accept orders by phone. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or want some more information about a product please contact us via our contact page and we will get back to you very soon.

What security does the store use?
The Health Cloud takes great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt any personal information you send to us when you sign up or place your order. The information you send is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server – It cannot be read in transit. Your personal details such as name and email address are then encrypted and stored on our server.
We do not process or store any card details on our server. This is all processed on Stipe or PayPal’s server (third-party payment providers) for enhanced security and peace of mind. We also enforce a security policy at the workplace of The Health Cloud. This includes various security procedures, frequent password changes and virus/spyware awareness.
What do you do with my personal details?
Your personal details such as name and email address are encrypted and stored on our server. Your personal details are used to process your order via Stipe or Paypal (payment gateways) and to send you relevant order information and invoices, they will never be shared with a third party.
If you have chosen to sign up to our newsletter we will use some of your personal information (such as email address) to send you offers and promotions. You can remove yourself from our newsletter at any time but contacting us or using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
