Our Returns Policy
We appreciate that from time to time, product issues can occur. In order to ensure we provide the best possible service when something does go wrong, we offer a number of options to enable you to return your products to The Health Cloud.
My order arrived damaged
Any damage to items within your order must be reported in email or writing to our team within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products this can be done through our contact page. We will normally refund your postage costs when returned back to us, or arrange a re-delivery of the damaged product at our expense. The Health Cloud may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be given by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) reshipments.
I want to return unwanted products
If you have any issues with your order (with the exception of damage), this must be reported in email or writing to us within 7 days for both UK and International orders from the date of receipt of the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost within 7 days. We recommend you use a signed delivery service to avoid the parcel getting lost.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any opened products. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; initial postage costs will not be refunded. We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a £5.00 re-delivery charge. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
My order is wrong or missing a product
No problem, contact us and we’ll send out another product or refund it for you!
